Cheap Car Hire in Pittsburgh Airport from $120

I need a refund. Reservation was electric car and couldn’t change the reservation. Had to go to enterprise to rent a car. I’m never using kayak again for doing the wrong reservation when I specifically made a gas car reservation. I will tell everyone to never use kayak for not having customer service.

The car was perfect but I am really disappointed in how the transaction went. There was a $70 difference in the confirmation email I received booking my car from what was charged. When I asked about it, I was told that the difference was in taxes. this should have been clear upfront. Not a good way to do business and left a sour taste in my mouth regarding Hertz..

Got a great car, but I don’t understand how we book a car, prepay, and then are charged almost $100 more at the end.

The shifter on the steering column kept down shifting and had to be raised manually. Help desk had no idea how to correct.

Pittsburg experience ok. Buffalo return experience horrible - no directions, no feedback, no receipt, no closure of rental.

The vehicle gave issues starting (was pretty embarrassing) makes it sound like u keep turning the key but not all the way (although it’s a push start) There was still trash in the door on the vehicle. back hatch(trunk) door have issues closing along with making a horrible sound. Requested a Ford Edge got a Grand Cherokee would i wouldn’t have minded so much if the person in line behind me didn’t get a Ford Edge (clearly they were in stock) guy at the counter at the Pitts. Airport was very uninterested in explaining anything, kinda rude and rushing (the line was not long at all) when picking up vehicle in the parking garage, the guy pulled up in the vehicle to side of the driving lane and put on hazards, we walked over he barely glanced at our contract, and said have a good one!! we had no time to get even remotely familiar with the vehicle let alone see if it had any damage (dark in garage) had to rush driving away as we were blocking cars trying to get through. i would have liked enough time to at least adjust the seat!! Price was not the best, but doable. drop off was easy as we had a very early morning flight during closed hours, so we used the convenient but didn’t seem very secure drop box. Credit card was charged before we boarded the plane, which i liked allot!
