Iberia flight was very good. I’m very unsatisfied with your team service. Your team/system completed the ticket issuance using my second family name instead of the first one. Fixing this problem cost me a fee. Thankfully I arrived at airport well ahead of time othwrrwise I could have missed the flight. You provide a global service. Puzzled why you don’t train the team to avoid these mistakes. I won’t use your services again.
