Picking up was great - Beverly from Elk Grove was sweet and professional. Dropping off in Las Vegas yesterday (Fri, 5/19/23) has been a total disaster. I am still waiting for my receipt and $200 credit in return (got charged $509 for a $309 rental). Stood in line for an hour with just one person working. I asked for a receipt and the Filipina lady with glasses told me that she couldn’t close me out because there’s a long line and she has to go herself to check on the car. I showed her my date-stamped pics of the gas tank (which was full) and mileage along with the parking spot and told her that I got Loss Damage Waiver. She kept telling me to just leave and not to worry, and that she will email me the receipt later when the line is clear. She also assured me it was fine that I was dropping it off at Wynn even though the contract indicated Encore (sister hotel), which gives you the Wynn Hertz address when you Google it. I called this morning and this guy is now claiming that I didn’t return the car with a full tank of gas, which I did and took pictures of it at the Hertz parking spot (you can also check with the garage to see what time the car got in, which would coincide with the time of my pictures - right before 1 pm). He says the car is already on the road and he cannot check for the details of my rental. He refuses to give me a receipt and tells me that he has to wait for the same lady to come into the office to ask her about everything. This is completely absurd. The experience has been awful. I want my $200 credit back ASAP.
