I had an awful time with the 949 W Camelback Rd Phoenixaz, Phoenix, AZ 85013 location. My flight was delayed so I was unable to pick up my car before the locations closing. So I called customer service the morning after, was told they would hold the car for 24 hours. I arrived at the location, they said that customer service is wrong and that they will not hold the car for more than 2 hours. So they gave my car to someone else and said they had no other cars that they could offer me. I called customer service again, they started by saying that this location had cars to rent and should hold the car for 24 hours. After some back and forth, they figured out that they actually had no cars to rent out in the entire city. Then they proceeded to tell me I can get a refund if I cancel an hour before, which is obviously too late and not helpful information at this point. I asked them what can they do for me as I prepaid, and would be leaving without a car. After some time on hold, the associate said that they would give me a full refund on my reservation and I would get it in 7-10 business days, as well as an email receipt confirmation. This was 4 days ago, I have not received an email confirmation, and am currently unsure if I am still getting this refund. I ended up spending over $200 in Ubers for the weekend, more than what I was spending on the rental car. I reached out to their customer service again, I pray that I actually get this refund.
